   Background: Leopold is a scientist from unknown regions specializing in genetic alteration and reanimation. He is also one of Ivan's Elemental Generals, with his full title being "Leopold Atmos of the Blackened Soil". He originally encountered Ivan many years ago, where the two became partners in what Leopold referred to as "Project Kigen". Afterwards, he decided to join Ivan full-time and took charge of biological research for Ivan's forces. (in exchange for subjects to further Leopold's experiments.)

 

  Speech Style: Leopold has a "gentlemanly" method of speaking, addressing nearly every character with elegance and poise, which is only offset by how brutal and heartless Leopold really is. He is also naturally well-mannered to others, even when committing horrible acts of violence.

 

  Mental/Emotional: As previously stated, Leopold constantly keeps up a dignified persona, and often addresses his subjects, friend and foe alike, with cordial mannerisms. Beneath this, Leopold cares next to nothing for the value of life and sees everything and everyone as potential experimental fodder to further his scientific exploits. He also appears to take great joy in the suffering of others, especially when he himself is the cause.
