   Background: Not much is known of Cordelia's early years, but she was in recent an early test subject in Leopold's "Project Kigen". The first not to die from the initial testing, Cordelia was granted the ability to use 2 elements independently, but at the cost of much of her memory. However, she eventually escaped, and had been wandering the world at large for some time before her encounter with Jean Veruma. The two got to talking, with Jean mentioning her father's disappearance, and Cordelia suspected that Leopold would be most likely responsible in some way. So, Cordelia decided to join the two sisters, and thus her journey began.

 

  Speech Style: Due to her emotional and mental status, Cordelia is highly reserved, and tends to speak with a high degree of cynicism.

 

  Mental/Emotional: Unlike Serena who would come after her, Cordelia's experience has only seemed to strengthen her will, as well as instill a strong desire for vengeance against the who created her. While her true feelings for Jean and Maggie are questionable, she does seem to harbor some remorse for their situation. Perhaps because she too, is alone?
