   Background: Brezen is the leader of the Northern Svetan settlement of Emperia, and a member of the Exalted Council. As a leader, Brezen  is actually quite laid-back with his rule. (To the point of almost being outright irresponsible with it) As a result, a lot of the "ruling" falls to his personal bodyguard, Tanya. Despite his almost lazy leadership style, Brezen has proven himself among his citizens through almost his sheer charisma and unique people skills alone.

 

  Speech Style: Brezen is a large man, and has a voice to match. He has an air of power about him, but has a certain level of warmth as well. He's quite relaxed with his speech style, having very little official tendencies, and often the demeanor of a common man.

 

  Mental/Emotional: Brezen is kind of a child at heart despite his rather large build. (For a Svetan, anyway) He also has a bit of an issue with uptight people for their "arrogant" nature, with the only exception being Tanya, as the two of them reached an understanding some time ago. However, if the situation calls for it, Brezen is capable of playing the "responsible leader" to a limited extent.
